About Pathfiinder
Pathfiinder is a STEM Education Guidance Initiative that strives to bridge the knowledge gap in STEM education. With a current team size of 10 high school students, we have successfully assisted over 200 underprivileged children through various programs such as coding, science and mathematics classes, monthly webinars, and workshops with eminent personalities from STEM fields. During the lockdown, we provided over 100 hours of online teaching.
We, a group of ambitious high school students, are determined to become future engineers. We are the driving force behind Pathfiinder, an organization that aims to empower underprivileged students by providing them with valuable information, mentorship, field trips, and practical experiences. Our objective is to equip them with the necessary tools to explore their potential, learn, stay informed, and ultimately succeed.

From engineering robots to tackling real-world challenges, championing global initiatives at Model United Nations conferences, to spearheading a mental health movement for teenagers, Agastyaa embodies the essence of a true go-getter.
With a multifaceted skill set spanning coding, negotiation, and organizational prowess, Agastyaa seamlessly blends his technical acumen with a passion for social causes. As a prolific blogger, podcaster, and mathlete, he not only educates but also inspires through his platforms, delving into topics ranging from social justice to personal finance management for adolescents.
At the forefront of leadership, Agastyaa’s hands-on approach has been exemplified through his role as the founder of Pathfinder, a testament to his ability to initiate and execute impactful projects. Serving as a bridge between students and mentors, he facilitates counselling sessions and facilitates opportunities such as internships and STEM-focused factory visits, nurturing the aspirations of future innovators.
With his unwavering commitment to creating positive change and empowering others, Agastyaa leaves an indelible mark as a catalyst for growth.
